Financial Aid Applications

Welcome to the Princeton Model Congress Financial Aid Program! We are committed to ensuring that every student can participate in our conference, regardless of their financial situation. Our program has expanded to offer larger individual delegate financial aid awards in addition to need-based aid for eligible delegations, with applications accepted on a rolling basis. Delegation-wide aid is available for schools with historically large populations of low-income, minority students from underserved communities.

Financial aid awards will cover delegate conference fees in 2024 and may include hotel expenses. However, please note that transportation and food expenses during the program are not covered.

Early registration, offering discounted fees, opens from early April to late May, with regular registration starting in early October. Our financial aid application process has two cycles: Priority Financial Aid (April to May, with results by the end of June) and Regular Financial Aid (June to September, with results by end of September). Individual delegates and delegations are encouraged to apply for priority financial aid if they require an earlier decision to plan their conference details accordingly. Priority is given to those needing an early decision.

If you have any questions or need assistance with financial aid, please contact our Director of Financial Aid, Jeanna Raphael, at pmc@princeton.edu. We're excited to welcome you to Princeton Model Congress and ensure your experience is accessible and rewarding!
