The chair of each committee will take notes at each session on the quantity and quality of contributions made by each delegate to select:

• Best Delegate Award (1)

• Honorable Mention (2)

within each full congressional session (Novices + experienced):

• Best Delegate Award (1)

• Honorable Mention (2)

School awards:

• Rising Delegation Plaque (1) for school with most number of Novice Best Delegate Awards

• James Madison Plaque (1) for Best Delegation (most number of Best Delegate Awards across all divisions)

• Honorable Mention Plaques (2) for Best Delegation (second and third highest number of Best Delegate Awards across all divisions)
