Princeton Model Congress 2024 in Washington, D.C.!
Fees and Hotel Infomation
This year, PMC will offer an early registration rate of $145 per delegate. Early registration closes on Friday, June 14th: we encourage you to get yours in as soon as possible so as to accelerate committee assignments! Following early registration, regular registration at a rate of $165 per delegate will remain open until Friday, October 4th
All payments will be processed by a Princeton University portal after your registration: the secure University link is https://odusapps.princeton.edu/conferences/. Be sure to click Model Congress as the conference for which you are paying!
The 2024 conference will be at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C. The hotel rate will be $209 per night before taxes. The hotel will only charge a 15.95% standard D.C. occupancy tax. Each room comes with two double beds and fits four delegates. Once you have registered for the conference, we will email you a rooming list to fill out. Once the list has been filled out and sent to us, the Omni accounting team will create an individual account for your school and send a payment link to the point of contact to complete the payment. To pay by check, you must mail a check to the hotel 10 business days before check-in.
Financial Aid
PMC is thrilled to continue our greatly expanded financial aid program this year!
We will waive delegate fees at registration for eligible individual delegates. Student must apply online for aid by June 14th. Note that the application requires a letter of recommendation from school staff, so students should be coordinate timely arrangements.
We will also continue to provide delegation-wide financial aid for eligible schools. For beneficiaries of this program, PMC will waive all conference fees and reimburse any additional expenses, i.e. for technology access. Although PMC will contact best-fit schools for this program, we encourage anyone to reach out to us if their school would like to be considered for financial aid. Our priority financial aid deadline is June 14th, and after the deadline, a Second Round of Financial Aid Applications will open and is due September 13th.
